Sitter Job in Goodyear, Arizona

Hi there my name is Cody. I'm searching for a babysitter working in Goodyear, Arizona. We have three children but this is more of a part time situation as my two older boys are in school throughout the day and my youngest attends a day care. We are looking for a sitter for extenuating circumstances that my children cannot attend school or daycare. For example, if my child is sick. The severity of the sickness would determine if we would defer to a sitter or not. If my children just have the sniffles and a small fever, then I would need a sitter. I would not actively send one of my kids to a sitter or expect someone to come to the house to take care of them if its active nausea episodes, severe diarrhea, or something of that nature. Another example, would be during school breaks, Fall, Spring, Holiday breaks that extend into normal business days that people have to resume work for. Potentially every Wednesday afternoon for one of my kids since it is early release from school, and for whatever reason his school does not offer aftercare. While I have three young boys, in most cases, only one would be required to be watched. At least until the next one gets sick because its never just all three at once, it has to cycle through all of them one at a time. Life is wonderful like that. If you are not comfortable watching kids that have the sniffles then this is not an opportunity we would be comfortable in giving someone. We need someone that would be reliable in situations like this, as this is the greatest purpose in us posting this now. We are not looking for someone to perform any sort of extra duties around the house, simply keep an eye on the kids, feed them when necessary, keep them entertained (older boys are self sufficient in this category), and make sure they are alive and the house isn't burning when we get home. The right person could have more opportunities on nights that Mom and I want to get out of the house without the kids, and potentially much more during the summer when the older boys are out of school. Summer time would mainly be watching the older boys and we may keep the youngest in day care throughout. This will be our first summer in this situation so we would play it by ear when it comes to that point. The older boys are simple, they kind of do their own thing so our wifi and streaming subscriptions(Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc.) are at your disposal when it is just them as long as they are taken care of.
