Sitter Job in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Core need: Our long-term needs are for an energetic and playful after-school nanny who has a good balance between fun and discipline. This is for @ home after school care from 3pm to 6pm: 2-3 days a week (between Monday and Thursday) starting end of September ish or October at our home in Malvern, PA (we are flexible on which days you want to pick and will stick to a regular schedule). This will include pick up from the school (which is a few minutes from our house also in Malvern, PA). Our daughter is 3, very happy child, is potty trained, very interactive and independent. So it's just pick up from school, changing clothes, playing/doing activities, one light snack and watching her for safety and cleanliness during the 3pm to 6pm period. We (the parents) will be home before 6pm to do dinner with her. Following activities are excluded from needing assistance: cooking, major meals, bath, sleeping etc. Following activities are included in this request for assistance:school pick-up, basic child care, play, light cleaning, and keeping her belongings organized and clean. Ad hoc need: If the long-term part-time need described above works for you, as an option if you choose to help - we may occasionally request help once a week in the mornings (from 730am to 9am) to get ready for school including breakfast (will inform you a week in advance) and we may also need a couple of date nights a month (6pm to midnight type - which will involve meal and milk and putting to sleep). Additionally if you are open to light house duties (light meal preparation/kitchen/basic cleaning work/running errands etc) please note that.
