Sitter Job in Lexington, Virginia

I'm Ryan, a family living in Lexington, Virginia, and I'm looking for a full-time, live out nanny for my 12 year old daughter. She is self sufficient but is too young to be alone. I'm offering $15.0 HOURLY and I'm open to discussing flexible hours and days. My ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and fun-loving. They also need to be comfortable with dogs. Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required. Attitude and dedication are more important to me than experience.
