We are a friendly family in search of a vibrant, trustworthy, and reliable babysitter/nanny to join our family and provide care for our three sweet children: 4-year-old daughter, and two sons aged 7 and 9. Our kids are lovely and full of energy, and we're looking for someone who can match their enthusiasm while guiding them towards engaging and constructive activities. Responsibilities: Engage the children in physical and brain-stimulating activities to minimize screen time and promote their development. Organize creative and educational games, crafts, and activities. Assist with homework and learning projects as needed. Supervise playtime to ensure a safe and positive environment. Coordinate with parents on daily activities and progress. Requirements: Experience in babysitting or child care. A warm, caring, and patient personality. Ability to commit to 3-5 hours on weekdays and longer periods during the weekend. Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate schedules flexibly. A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow and learn. We Offer: A pay range of $15-$20 per hour, based on experience and the extent of assistance you can provide.
