Are you a geek? Into sci-fi, Horror, gaming, anime, etc.? Do you have experience with large families or blended families? Experience with neurodiversity? Have you completed any education that helped you become a better caregiver? Can you legally work in the US so we can pay you on a W2? And finally....and most importantly...do you like cats? Answer yes to all of these and we want you! (Not that all boxes must be checked but you get the gist :) ) We are a large family living on 5 wooded acreas in Redmond. You have to be able to manage up to three kids 6 and under, work alongside other caregivers, bring calm to chaos, be creative and energetic, and help some with tidying, cleaning, and organizing. Ability to cook for kids, style curly hair, and do fun arts and crafts a plus. This is a mainly weekend position, with some after school hours during the week desired. Ideally the hours would be 9 to 7 on weekends, with ability to extend. And maybe 5 to 8 twice a week, helping with transport for sports, dinner, etc. Hours are flexible, but we can guarantee 26 hours a week, and pay 33 to 36/hr based on experience.
