Sitter Job in Kanata, Ontario

We are a family new to Stittsville, Ontario looking to hire a part-time sitter for after-school and occasional day care. I'm looking for someone who is experienced and trustworthy to care for my children, ages 12 (daughter) and 11 (son), who attend elementary school. The ideal person for this job will have experience with children with special needs, Autism and ADHD. I'm looking for someone who is available on a part-time basis (10-15 hours/week) and who is willing to live out. My husband and I have physical limitations so important that the person has can physically manage keeping our sweet kids busy so we can have some respite. We can be flexible with the days but we'd like help with school pick-up and a block of about 4 hours on the weekends or PA days. Given the level of special needs my children have, we can offer $25.0/hour, but this negotiable for the candidate who has more specific experience with working directly with neurodivergent children (EAs, therapists etc.).
