We are looking for a unicorn nanny to care for our 3 munchkins. This is the perfect role for a play loving nanny. One with extensive experience. A book reading, fort building, outdoor playing, sensory loving, sibling refereeing, meal prepping, house cleaning, pretend playing, whole brain child loving human. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working while we are home as well (I know, it's weird). We do not enjoy passive or passive aggressive individuals. Our unicorn nanny will know how to communicate tactfully, directly, and with transparency. If we bump heads from time to time, which is bound happen, we want a nanny that will sit down and talk about it, not run (only grown unicorns need apply). This nanny will help run our home so they'll be responsible for laundry, the kitchen, full childcare, meal prep, and keeping the play areas clean. We are working with an agency so we'd like candidates that are open to being screened through that process to ensure that (1) you are a good fit for our role and (2) to give you security in knowing that we are a legitimate family.
