Sitter Job in Santa Barbara, California

Hi, Looking for someone who can tag-team motherhood with me! I have a 12 week old boy and will have a second in February, so two babies under 1 year! Hoping to find someone who has experience with infants and is just as willing to help out with laundry, dishes, cleaning, running errands, etc. as they are caring for the babes. My husband has a very erratic schedule and I would like to find someone who is able to be here when he’s working so flexibility is a huge bonus. We do have his schedule months in advance so nothing would be last minute and could be scheduled well ahead. Looking for about 20-30 hours/week once we have our 2nd but would like to begin with partial hours leading up to February so we can become well acquainted and get a routine in place.
