Hello everyone! My name is Jessica and I am so excited to announce that I am opening a home daycare: Just Like Home Child Care! I am a mother of two amazing girls (2yrs and 6mths) living with my partner in Millbrook. I have a diploma in Community and Justice Services and I have extensive experience in child care. When I returned to work after our first child was born, I remember how stressed out and anxious I was about finding someone to care for my child. Luckily, I found someone that I trusted and who took good care of Olivia so, I get it. I understand that you are looking for someone that you can trust with the person that means more to you than anything else in the entire world. Furthermore, at Just Like Home Child Care, your child will: • Spend their days engaging in free play, outdoor play/ walks, reading and music • Be provided with healthy snacks, lunch and drinks throughout the day As the parent/ guardian, you will: • Receive photo updates throughout the day • Have peace of mind that your child is being well looked after My home sits on a corner lot with a large yard and a fenced in, gated deck. Inside, there is a separate playroom with an abundance of different toys, books, dolls etc. to help your child learn and have a great time! I offer competitive rates and flexible hours and am conveniently located roughly 5 minutes from Hwy 115 making this a great spot for commuters and local parents alike. Additionally, bus stops for Millbrook and Peterborough schools are located right outside my door. I currently have part-time, full-time and before/after school spots open for over and under 2 years old, however space is limited.
