I have worked in private child care settings as well as a daycare. I have experience with children from infant to school age. I feel child care at all levels lends to a very rewarding opportunity for the caregiver as well as the children and their parents. There is nothing like seeing the smile of a child who has just conquered a new challenge such as spelling or writing their name, adding numbers, letters, even the discovery of shapes and new tastes. I have recieved many compliments from the children under my care as well as the parents, my fellow caregivers and directors.
