Sitter Job in El Paso, Texas

We are looking for a baby sitter that we can create a relationship with, and in turn trust leaving our 5 children with. In the beginning we would like to interview that applicant over dinner, get to know each other, and then try it out for a 3-4 hour period first. This could turn into an opportunity for more such as overnight needs if myself and my wife go out of town, or choose to go on an overnight date. The applicant needs to believe in God and believe in caring for our children in that manner. Our children, 5 total, range from 10 years old to 20 months, so it is a big responsibility, and the person will be paid accordingly. Thank you for your time.
