Hello, My name is Ebony. I saw your ad and I am interested in helping your family in a caring, attentive, responsible and respectful way. I do not have experience as a paid child care worker but I am a mother of a young adult and I did work as a Head Start (3, 4, 5 year olds) bus driver for 4 years, which I thoroughly enjoyed. So much so, that I have recently inquired about driving for one of the local daycare centers to possibly do it again. Some details about myself are: * I do have a current CPR / First Aid card and have taken the class a few times. * I do have my own transportation. * I have a defensive driver certificate and a zero accident driving record. * I did teach my on child to read and basic math and would be happy to see if I can help your child obtain some knowledge. But, I did not study teaching or have any certifications in that area. * I prefer not to cook hot meals for older kids to cut down on any safety risks. So, I will only microwave or fix a quick snack: sandwiches, cut up fruit or put a pizza in the oven, etc. * I have owned a dog but I am not completely comfortable with other peoples’ pets. * I have an OPEN schedule at this time. * I am willing to accept payments in which I have to be given a 1099 or some other tax document, or cash.
