Sitter in La Jolla, California

Hello my name is Amy. I am an 18 year old student at UCSD. Although I am young I have a lot of experience working with kids, and I love doing housework (weird, but it is one of the ways I de-stress). Back before I moved to San Diego for college I volunteered every week at St. Joseph The Worker Church (Canoga Park) teaching kids and caring for them while their parents were gone. I did that for about 4 and a half years. In high school I also helped out at a daycare every week (for one year as a requirement for my Child Development class) and it was one of the most memorable things I did. I'm not uptight, but when there are concerns with learning and safety I take it quite seriously. I really love to draw and I love to see younger kids take interest in it as well. I'm also really active so runs and walks in the park are great. I absolutely adore all types of animals (not a fan of spiders or snakes). I have no problem with doing dishes or helping out with house chores. I am not in this for the money so the pay does not matter to me, but I am concerned with the timing and it would be great if you could let me know the times and dates before considering anything.
