Sitter in La Mirada, California

Hi there , my name is shanda I'm 25 years young . I'm a mom of a very active 6 almost 7 year old boy who currently is in baseball . I have worked in restaurants since I was 16 .I recently just got let go because my sons schedule it just has become to hard to work to to school and cater to him it's just me so no friends or family to take over I have my fiance but he works long hours and my 2 amazing dogs . I have realized over the years I should try out baby sitting or being a nanny because I could be with my son more and help another family out . My son loves to build legos or play the Wii...board games are his favorite. I'm a very crafty mom so I can easily do crafts read, movies I'm a huge classic VHS disney girl . I got my son into many old school movies and shows. I live right next to the baseball fields planning to get my own house soon ( within weeks ) right now I have a town home . I am good with kids little girls are my strong suite cuz I love baking , make up, dress up , dolls girl stuff .. some times my son isnt so easy to connect with but I always find something to do he enjoys . I have clean driving record . I have taken care of many babies and my neighbors granddaughter who is like 14 months old loves me. I seem to do well with the little ones the keep me entertained . I'm studying to be an even manager .I'm really good at parties especially kids parties . Truthfully I just need to work more with my son and work more on school so working has been hard cuz my hours for work isnt easy but baby sitting gives my son a friend and me time to play with him and whoever else I watch =). My schedule is usually pretty felxable my son goes to school and he is with his father on the weekends so I dont have him most weekends but that can be good if I'm watching a baby less noise easier for them to sleep and be calm.
