Sitter Job in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Hey my name is Kayla. I'm hoping to find a baby-sitter with morning to evening availability. We need someone to watch our 5 month old son while we are at work. My husband works the same hours, however my schedule varies as I work in retail. It would be weekdays only, no weekends. The earliest you would have to be at the house is 7:30am and the latest is between 5-6pm, but that would depend on my shift for the day. I have coverage for 2-3 days a week from family members (also varying, depending on their schedules), and sometimes have a day off during the week. What I would need is someone willing to work a varying schedule depending on the week, as I would sometimes only need 1 day for the week, but could need up to 3 days at most. I get my schedule 2-3 weeks in advance, so you would have plenty of notice about what days I need. Our son is an absolute angel, sleeps and eats well and is rarely fussy.
