Hey, how's it going? My name is Andrew. To be honest, I don't have any special background in childcare. But kids seem to like me, and I enjoy them too. I love the way their minds work, and the challenge of facilitating a good time for them. I come from a peaceful parenting type of perspective, where I prefer to guide and see what the kids want to do, and keep them safe and help them learn and have a good time, rather than drive the agenda. My experience with kids mostly has to do with being something of a nanny for my friend, when he and his wife were both busy with work. So I do have some informal practice, just no formal training. And the occasional babysitting stints here and there. I'm a pet sitter on Rover, and realized that I like kids too! And that I could throw my hat into the ring.
