About Me: Nice to meet you! My name is Selena. I am married and have a wonderful little boy at home. I have another toddler I watch throughout the week, and I am looking for part-time hours for another child/children. I will consider more hours if needed. I will be a reliable, friendly, loving, and exciting caregiver for your child. I have a flexible schedule and can do evenings and weekends as well as day time hours. I enjoy teaching children about the world around them and letting them explore and discover new things. Play is a very important part of learning, and I believe that children learn best in environments where they are loved and supported. Doing activities, crafts, going to the park, and going on walks are some of the fun things that I like to do with my toddler and other children. Services And Training: I studied Psychology/Sociology Major at the Lethbridge College and am almost completed the Early Childhood Education Program. I had one more practicum to do but had to take maternity leave to have my son. He is now 16 months old and I am planning on finishing school in 2019. I have practicum work at 2 separate Lethbridge preschools, as well as experience with special needs children through Edenbridge Family Services.
