I own Not Your Mama's Daycare, currently serving Sedgwick county in Wichita. I will soon open my location in Belle Plaine and am looking to welcome Sumner county families into my home! Of course you don't have to live in Sumner county to attend. We are a military family & pride ourselves in providing exceptional care. I am a college graduate, and have gone above & beyond the minimal requirements the state sets out for an individual to open a daycare in their home. I have an extensive background with caretaking and children; I have cared for those with health problems, life ending illnesses and behavioral challenges. Although I provide a structured environment, I cater to the individual needs of the child. I was a working mom and understand the anxiety that comes with choosing the right daycare for your family. Sadly my experience was a negative one and I feel that prepared me even further for knowing what parents desire and kids deserve. The children that I am blessed with are treated as my own and I feel an open line of communication between myself & the parents really is essential for a successful relationship.
