Hi my name is Bridget Bailey. I am 47 years old single female with two children ages 19 and 21, who are grown up and starting their own family's. I know that I'm a natural-born caretaker, as well as, I'm great with kids and I'm a certified nurse's aide. I work with elderly for over 12 years. I start out my training as a certified nurse's aide at the age of 16. I work at the classic three bed tool room nursing home Nutmeg pavilion in Newlondon, Ct. Since I've received my certification as a CNA, I worked as a rehabilitation CNA at Bride Brook facility in Niantic, Connecticut. When moving to the South I work at Gulfport Memorial Hospital on the orthopedic unit as a nurse's assistant, CNA. I have also done personal and private home care out in Ledyard Connecticut. I am skilled when it comes to taking care of the elderly in any state or condition. I'm fully aware and trained on all type of transferring techniques, feeding techniques, bathing techniques and walking techniques. Children they seem to love me. I can get as goofy as them! Yet they respect me and listen to me. I am consistent. I believe children need that. When I say "no" I mean it! No begging me for it, to have me break and give in. When I say, " yes" to something then they know I will never backtrack and say "no". I'm reliable, dependable, persistent and consistent.
