Hi there! My name is Amber LaBonte I am 21 years old and have a true passion for child care . I am currently unemployed due to my seasonal job as a camp counselor for Oak Acres Children's Camp. A little bit about me; I'm young at heart but still withhold a hard honest work ethic, and with that I put every once of effort into any task I have . I am very honest, trust worthy, and very punctual. I have a zest for life and a true passion for helping children grow and develop through play and other educational fun . This might be a bummer but I don't have my ECE, but it is my passion and I know a lot about working with children ; from working with kids at camp that required me to be responsible for the fun and safty of 12 children at a time; to babysitting my baby cousin from infant to toddler stage. I am used to caring for a wide age range from young infants to children up to 12. I also have my human development course and psychology course, as well as professional health skills, from which I have acquired from Eastern College. This summer I have acquired my First Aid level C. In my spare time I love to play guitar, sing, play archery, stay active, and really just love and live my life to the fullest. I also love to cook and make my food look pretty and taste great! I am very creative, and I love to think outside the box. I live in wood islands but I am willing to go as far as Charlottetown and Montague and the areas in between! Overall, I believe if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life, so I guess this is me ready to share my life with caring for your child! Looking forward to hearing from you !
