Hey! My name is Dani. I have been a babysitter for all of the neighborhood children for the past seven years. For the past year, I have been the Director of Children's Programs at The Stony Brook School. This included tutoring neighborhood children, running a mentor program, leading a book club, and being the head of a K-6 Sunday School (which I have done for the past five years). I have also been a children's small group leader at a church of 1500 for the past year. I love to use my passion for art, writing, nature, reading, and baking when I work with kids. Being outdoors in nature is a big priority for me. I try to stay away from technology and focus on learning - learning about the world and themselves, and above all, learning to be kind and respectful towards others. I also love to tutor/help with homework. Growing up I loved school, and I have tutored peers and kids my entire life. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
