Charisma has watched both of my children and has done an amazing job. Her duties were to watch them from 8am to about 5pm . She fed them , brought them to the pool as well as did activities with them. One of my daughters is in pampers and she developed a very well schedule with her . She taught them the alphabet and I would definitely recommend to another mother !
