Sitter Job in Jacksonville, Florida

I have 2 daughters ages 2 and 5 & a 1 1/2 year old niece. For me it's extremely difficult to look for a sitter since I've always looked after my girls & since I moved to FL & began my job my sister & I have rotated staying with the girls. We are both currently working & are in need for a babysitter. Looking for a spanish speaking sitter, who has knowledge in CPR, first aid, preferably someone that has many years of experience in dealing with kids, that its patience, loving & caring. Depending on our work schedule it may be necesary to pick up my oldest at 3pm from school (so car a must). All other details to be discussed personally.
