Sitter in Menlo Park, California

Hello families, Thank you for taking the time to consider me for a position in your household! I grew up in Menlo Park, and had a series of fantastic nannies, babysitters and tutors who played a big role in my life, and also inspired me to attempt to play a similar role in the lives of other children. I've been babysitting for family friends since high school, as well as spending two summers in high school as a teacher's aid in the third grade classroom of my former babysitter, who had since become a teacher. I have also tutored with the Boys and Girls club and volunteered at the after school program of a Palo Alto elementary school, which consisted of tutoring, playing sports with the kids and other activities. I currently nanny part time for a family with three boys, 4-year-old identical twins and their 2-year-old brother, and before that I nannied for a family with 10 and 7-year-old sons, and their 3-year-old daughter who was adopted from Ethiopia at around 6 months. My nannying responsibilities include pick ups and drop offs, meal prep, laundry and tidying up the house as well as tutoring, playing and day trips. I would love to see if we could be a match!
