Sitter Job in Champaign, Illinois

We're currently looking for a daycare provider for our newborn who will be around 12 weeks starting around the first of the year. We are looking for someone who has a smoke-free home, someone who doesn't watch too many children already, and preferably someone who is licensed. We also need availability around 6:30am-5:30pm. Most days we wouldn't need to drop him off that early, but need the option there just in case. We're ALSO looking for a nanny who has very flexible hours. My husbands job doesn't have set hours, so we wouldn't need a nanny every day at the same time so we would need someone who is very flexible and doesn't mind working with our hours.
