Sitter Job in Towson, Maryland

Looking for a long term babysitter to care for two boys aged 6&8. We are looking for someone with experience who can start immediately. Must have own means of transportation to drive the boys to and from different activities. Must be flexible as the schedule will vary week to week. There will be some early morning shifts, some afternoon/evening shifts and a few all day shifts. Must like animals as we have a dog that will need to be walked. They some times get home sick and miss me and have a hard time handling their emotions so I'm looking for someone who is compassionate and can deal with children that can get emotionally upset.
