Me and my boyfriend work night shift hours from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and it seems impossible to find childcare during those hours. We will only be needing care for 1 newborn. We need someone who won't let us down, and will be reliable. We need someone who will always be on time. We need someone with experience in caring for a newborn baby. Most of all, we need to feel that our baby will be loved and cared for during the hours that we are unable to be home.
