Sitter Job in Canton, Ohio

We are looking for a nanny to cover an 8 hour shift (8am-4pm) Monday and Tuesday (the 26th and the 27th). After that we are needing somebody regularly from noon to 4pm Monday - Friday. Madilyn is 7 months old and strictly breastfed. I am pretty strict on her foods and right now she is only allowed baby oatmeal and Earth's Best carrots (which we have stocked along with frozen breast milk). I would like somebody who doesn't believe in letting her cry it out for nap time as my husband and I comfort her if she cries for more than two or three minutes so we don't break her trust. We also have two little dogs (Maltipoo and shihpoo) that she absolutely adores and giggles at so hopefully you're okay with fluffy love :) They love to kiss.
