Sitter Job in Indiana, Pennsylvania

My husband and i live in Indiana and are currently seeking an occasional Babysitterfor date nights here and there on friday/Saturday evenings depending on when his days off fall at the time. Could also need one once in a while for a Saturday/sunday during the day if we decide to do something as well. And late nights are a must. Our son is 2 and a half almost 3 and our daughter is 11 almost 12. We are only seeking and paying the sitter for our son even tho our daughter maybe here at times shes almost 12 so oviously shes self sufficent and doesnt need one shes just to young be at home alone still. He is very active and a busy body so someone thats hands on willing to play is a def need. You must have your own transportation and willing to babysit in our home. Also will need to assist him with snacks and smal meals he usually will get tell or show u what he wants he just needs help getting it/making it. Also will be able to let you know a few days advance og when we have plans and would need you. Will start at 9.00 an hour if all goes well after a cpl months could go up to 10.00. Dont need someone who will be glued to a phone or a computer unless he is sleeping and is responsible. We are very easy going ppl and easy to get along with. We do not appreciate no responses to calls or txts or stand ups on scheduled times for yo u to come. Our last sitter would ignore calls and txts for days then respond or would confirm shed be here at the day and time and just not show up half the time. So we are looking for someone preferably older who has kids and or lot of experiance with kids. we need someone who is goimg to respond either way when comtacted to see if ur available when we have plans and shows up when your supposed to.
