Sitter Job in Tempe, Arizona

Unfortunately our current sitter is not working out anymore as she is inconsistent and sometimes unreliable. I am looking for a new (reliable) sitter for my son during the days/evenings. Our current Sitter charges $20 a day, whether it's only a couple hours or the whole day... EIther way its still just $20 a day. So I'd like to find someone who is willing to do the same thing (charge by day, not hour). I'm looking for someone to start ASAP. To tell you a little about my son: His name is Jaxon, he is almost 2 (Nov. 4th). He is blind and a little behind developmentally. He is a very smart baby but doesn't walk or crawl yet, He CAN sit up, however he is a lazy little one and usually doesn't. When he actually DOES sit up he thinks its fun to throw himself backwards. That being said, he is usually in is play pin which has a super soft and squishy padding on the bottom of it so he doesn't hurt himself. Jaxon is very good at entertaining himself for the most part. Every now and then he gets in a mood where all he wants is to be held and snuggle up with you and a blanket, but I mean who doesn't love baby snuggles? (; Other than that he is one of the silliest, happiest babies I've ever seen and super easy going.
