I am a mother of four thats interested in hiring someone that can care for my toddler and to school aged children for about 8 hours a day three to four days a week. I will also need someone that would be willing to pick my kids up from school at around 2 45pm. I require to have someone with patience but yet can be firm with my children to make sure they stay on their best behavior. I would love to have a meet and greet before I hire someone. Thanks
