Sitter Job in Ashville, Ohio

We havent set a actual schedule of needed hours per say my daughter (babies mom) home schools now and is trying to work. Shes looking for someone to just watch him a few hours a week when i myself cant. She cant afford to pay alot as shes only 16 and is getting no help from father of child and is still depending on us to help too. This would be a job paid per day you had him not based on the whole week or when its not needed. Right now she works evenings but is hoping to get more morning/day hours so she can be home at night with him. Please let me know. What kind of prices are are out there that are being charged. We want references and someone with clean back ground. Trust worthy. Loving and must have patience for children.
