Sitter Job in Tucson, Arizona

Hello I'm looking for a sitter for my daughter. We are a gay family and Some people aren't cumfy with that so I guess I have to mention it lol. And as for paying this is all new to us so tell us what you charge ? A little about Macey is she's so sweet and kind , Supper smart . She's not the kind of kid you will see jumping on furniture or yelling . She's a deep thinker and likes to talk about random subjects for example last night we had a hour talk Bec she wanted to talk about the border of Mexico . Last week she came to us wanting information on Martin Luther King and Harvey milk. The kid is for sure a Deep thinker . She loves Justin beiber and Katie perry. We don't spank or yell . I'm a psych major and my wife is a manager now but an ex teacher so we believe in talking and working issues out through kindness , communication , and patience . She is active but probably won't be at 9 pm lol. We have wifi for Facebook or whatever and once Maceys asleep which might be 10 pm on a Saturday we are fine with whoever watches her to crash out in the spare room or to read, watch tv, Facebook, lol or whatever as long as it's not drinking or smoking . We need someone every other weekend and times will only change by like a hour or two .
