Sitter Job in East Hartford, Connecticut

We have 3 children. The ages are 11, 3, & 1. I'm looking for someone who loves kids and has patience because my little ones can be a handful. Really the ideal candidate would have to be experience, be willing to have a background check done, and provide references. My husband & I don't have anyone to watch our kids so we can have a night out so we are giving this a go. Honestly the plan is to have a sitter come to our home by 10pm and stay until 2am. Our little ones should be sleeping, but just in case they wake up i need a responsible sitter ready to take care of them. Must have your own transportation to and from our home. Must be able to stay awake during the hours of 10pm-2am. Must tolerate crying. FYI we only plan on going out maybe about 1 Saturday a month.
