Sitter Job in Phoenix, Arizona

I am 24 years old and I have a 9 month old daughter. I tend to work nights and sometimes days based on my schedule . I need someone who is able to watch my daughter. She is very smart for her age . She is talking, crawling, trying to walk, she refuses to eat baby food she will eat normal food, she is on vitamin d whole milk. She loves elmo. She is my first kid so I will try to keep an open mind.
