My name is Natalie and I am 26 years old. I currently teach kindergarten and have been for the past 3 years. Before teaching, I was a nanny for 2 families. One family had one girl which I started caring for since she was 1. I potty trained her at 22 months and assisted her with her daily needs such as grooming, meal prepping and playing outside and did educational activities with her. I taught her the colors in one week! The second family I nannied for had two girls ages 5 and 9. I picked them up from school and assisted them with thier homework and made dinner for them and the parents when they came home from work. Before nannying, I worked as a nursing assistant at a alzheimer's assisted living for 3 years while attending college. When I started college my initial major was nursing, and with needed units, I took a child development elective and completly fell in love with it. I decided to switch my major to child development and have been fascinated with the developing mind of infants and children ever since and to this day. I currently live in California, but will be moving to Buckeye, AZ in July. I will be finishing school online to complete my mastors degree in elementary education.
