Sitter Job in Germantown, Maryland

Looking for someone to care for my children as well as help me stay on top of keeping the house organized - not necessarily both at the same time (toys! Laundry! Bonus if you love cooking & can help me make healthy dinners for my kids!). I have 3 boys (8,6,3) and a daughter (1). During the school year, only the younger two. I like to be able to volunteer at school, go to appointments etc. Looking for PT help though could try to make it on a regular schedule, though not always possible. Looking ahead, I will be having surgery this Fall and will need full time help for least a few weeks. I will be unable to drive for at least 2 weeks and no lifting x8-12 weeks! My aim is to chat with an interested candidate, someone who is not afraid of the mess or 4 crazy kids!! Prefer someone who can help entertain without overly relying on screens- projects/activities/adventures welcomed!
