Sitter Job in Saugus, Massachusetts

Hello, I am a mother of a wonderful autistic 12 year old boy and a sweet ten year old girl. I am looking for a caregiver for my children with flexible hours, when I need somebody. We have had the same caregiver for years who has become like part of our family , but she now has a grandchild to care for. I am looking for someone who is warm and affectionate and comfortable around special needs children. You must be good;natured , caring, and patient. Matthew is good;natured and usually has his own therapists keeping him busy He always goes to bed by 8 p.m. sharp I am looking for someone who has a flexible schedule days, evenings, school vacations, weekend days or nights, but not necessarily one person with all of the above. I am ideally looking for someone with some experience of a child with special needs or special needs of some type, or feel strongly they can be.
