Sitter Job in Mesa, Arizona

I am searching for care for my son, who is 16 months old. He is a steady walker, immunized, has been weened off the bottle, with no food or drug allergies (that we know of.) We have recently moved to East Mesa, and while we adore the center we use now, it is just a little too far from home. I will be working from home, and the goal is to find care close by. I have toured some centers in the area and nothing has struck me as the perfect place... so here I am! I love the idea of a private nanny, especially one with a little or two of their own that could also come along, so my son would have some other children to play with. Unfortunately, I can't afford the going rates for private nannies. Our focus now is on an in home daycare. We are pet friendly, but would prefer a home without a pool.
