Hi there-my name is Sara Gettelfinger and I was very interested in your posting. I am 40 years old and after a 20 year career in theater and teaching in New York City I am back home in Louisville. Since late 2016, 5 days a week, I was the head teacher for the 3 year old class at Discovery Preschool in Louisville- after enjoying time off over the summer break, I chose to become an in home nanny for a family in Louisville (we connected through Care.....), they have 3 kids, ages 7, 5, and 1 and a half, every week, Mon thru Thurs. I absolutely adore them, but am looking to supplement my income with something part time, preferably on the weekends. I am very passionate about childcare, and know the importance, especially in the early years,of engaging their imagination and promoting creativity. I love sharing books, songs, art, and lots of creative play with my kids. I am also happy to help with house keeping and meal prep. Thanks so much, and hope to hear from you!
