H! My name is Rosie. I have been a nanny for eight separate families caring for children ages 9-months to 15-years-old, both part and full-time. I have also worked in the school districts in several capacities. I was a paraprofessional for the Special Education department at Sequoia Middle school in Redding CA, an art teacher for students ages 3-12 through an after school program called Young Rembrandts, as well as a Captionist for Oakdale Junior High supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Currently, I am a working artist pursuing my own further education. I love to encourage arts and crafts in order to get to know each other better and create something for mom and dad to see when they get home! I am also a very active person and enjoy getting outside to explore and play! I am flexible, willing to learn and grow.
