Hello I am a 27 years old babysitter, used to work as an au pair (in Alexandria VA) taking care of an 18th months baby girl and regularly took care of a 7 year-old girl. Baby started school so the host family do not need me anymore. Before I decided to become an au pair here in the US, I volunteer in a daycare and kindergarten for a year, was an amazing experience and learned a lot from it since I had to learn how to take care from the very young babies to the kids of 4 and 5 years old. I have a 13 year-old sister, she was born when I was 15 and I always took care of her, with her I learned things like bath time, how to wash baby bottles and pacifiers, to change diapers, to identify physical discomfort, also learned what kind of mental and physical activities are the best. I consider myself as a very reliable, helpful and responsable woman, I understand parent's and child's needs. Work worderfully with very young babies. My ex host parents consider me a very patient, easy going, tolerant and responsable girl. I am a solid driver, have been driving for more than 6 years. I like crafts and outdoor activities, love walks and playgrounds, they are a great opportunity for kids to interact with others and have fun.
