Hello There! My name is Mary Ellen. I am seeking a babysitter/nanny position/opportunity in the Banner Elk/Elk Park/Beech Mountain Communites of North Carolina. I acquired my business degree and a 3.8 GPA from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2001 (I am 39 years old). I just recently divorced, have no children and have moved up here to Elk Park (from Johnson City, TN) recently to be close to and care for my senior aged parents. As I was never able to have children of my own (but have cared for my 3 beautiful nieces very often), I am seeking a job that will fulfill my passion and love for children of all ages, utilizing my specialized, unique, God centered childcare techniques. My love for children and their nurturing and care is a gift that God has given me, and I wish to share His gift with a very special family here in NC. I would love to meet face to face...as it usually is the best way to feel if it is a “good fit.” Since I have just moved here 2.5 weeks ago, I am available immediately, including during those pesky holiday party weekends and hours.
