I have my CDA, CPR/ FIRST AID, universal precaution qualification. I've worked in childcare for 30 years and am an infant and toddler supervisor. I also was a director for 5 years but I missed the kids. I've created a conflict management plan for kids. I was a DPS art teacher, volunteered at FullCircle for kids, and was a nanny 3 years. I just renewed my shaken baby syndrome and prevention certification through the department of human services. I've always love nannying, I enjoy the one on one care. The child (your sweet-pea) can discover and learn and have fun. There's so much more to do and discover when its just sweet pea and me.
