Hi there! I'm Lisa, a 24 year old with a combined twelve years in child care experience. I have worked as a babysitter for family and neighbors. In the summer of 2007, I worked as a full-time, live-in nanny for a family in Montreal, Quebec. I have worked as a full-time nanny for a family with two children, one of whom has autism. I have worked several summers as a one-on-one aide for preschoolers with special needs. I have three years of college level education in the field of special education. I have a lot of energy and passion for the kids I work with! I love reading books, playing games, and singing songs. I firmly believe in keeping children active and having fun! I know plenty of activities for both indoors and out. I sing and play piano, trumpet, and French horn. I speak French. I have done theater on both the amateur and professional levels, including children's theater and puppeteering! I am comfortable doing light housekeeping as well as preparing meals. I am also comfortable handling pick-ups and drop-offs.
