I am a mom of 2 teenagers. I enjoy my passion of caring for others. I have also worked as a vet tech, pet store manager; also being active with rescuing animals (and when possible rehabbing then placing dog into forever home). I have been in healthcare since I was 14. I have been a nurse since 1991. Since caring for my parents full-time before his passing, my licence is 'inactive"; however my experience is quite extensive. From UT hospital working trauma, ER, pediatrics, and multiple other areas to working in geriatric nursing homes, private duty to being an instructor of nursing at Rice College - I have a wide range of experience to pull from. I enjoy continuing to learn on each opportunity that presents itself.
