I have worked as a childcare provider more than 30 years. Within these years I have worked as a teacher at a private daycare, as a live-in nanny, and caring for children with mental and physical disabilities. Currently, I am a postpartum doula, assisting mothers during the postpartum period, offering support and caring for their newborns. I provide physical, emotional, and spiritual, support and guidance to not only the mother but the entire family. I am also experienced in providing breastfeeding support and training. My experience equips me with the ability to nurture and offer expert advice and direction when families have questions about newborn care. It is gratifying to support new moms, the newborn baby(s) and other members of the family. My goal is to prepare parents and family members in the proper care of their newborn. These childcare services are helpful to all mothers, and all types of birth experiences; including adoptive families or families of multiples. The love I have for children and the enjoyment of working with them has brought me indescribable fulfillment. I take my responsibilities very seriously.
