Hi we are Melissa & Nate. We are a team providing kind of like a "two for the price of one," type of deal. Over the years of babysitting, nannying, and simply being there for others, we have come to a new deeper appreciation and understanding. We have experience working and caring for those with various special needs. I (Melissa) who has mild epilepsy, grew up with a sister who was born with Spina Bifida as well as my stepdad who has Diabetes. I also nannied for a few families, one in which was a special needs teen boy who had ADD, ADHD, and developmental delays, needed assistance with various things. I assisted him when it came to the bathroom, preparing snacks, reminding him of schoolwork that needed to get done, being his companion and doing fun things he enjoyed doing, & administered pre-measured medications. That to the side, we can provide a variety of other services that include providing household cleaning chores, helping out with errands, and taking care of pets. Also, because I live with Mild CP and Mild Epilepsy, I can somewhat relate to those who are worse off than I am. With that being said, I cannot drive however, Nate can and would be able to run errands, pick-ups/drop-offs. We full heartily enjoy being there for those who need extra help and reminding them of how wonderful life is. With us, we will make a difference by bringing much happiness and positivity into your life.
