Sitter in Burlington, Wisconsin

My name is Lois and I am a stay at home mother. My clean, safe, smoke-free home is located in Burlington near St. Johns, Dyer, and Cooper Schools. I provide plenty of indoor and outdoor activities and exercise. During nice weather, we play in our large back yard, take nature walks, and go to the park. We are also within walking distance to the Library and community Pool. When it is not so nice out, we have indoor play with dance time and tumbling. I am very fun and creative, and enjoy doing art projects and discovery projects with children. I provide educational games and puzzles, and work with colors and numbers for the smaller children. I provide healthy lunches and snacks (at no extra charge), and feel that exercise an interaction is much more important than sitting in front of a TV or playing video games. During the school year I feel it is very important to focus on homework before activities for school aged children. There is always quiet time in our home for studying, tutoring, or independent reading. I use this time especially for toddlers and babies to read to them, play puzzles, coloring, and interact with other focused activities. I am very understanding that not all jobs are from 9-5 so I am available for any shift. I also provide before and after school care, and am able to drop off/pick up to and from schools in the area.
