Sitter Job in Fishers, Indiana

I am a full time working mother to a beautiful 5 year old daughter. I'm seeking a Christian sitter that I can try to trust. I'm very nervous about putting my child in a place with people I don't know. I would need to meet with the caregiver extensively to make sure we are all a good fit. My daughter attends Heritage Christian School and will be done with school for the summer soon. I will be needing a caregiver to watch her 5 days a week. 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Most days her father can pick her up before 5 pm. She wouldn't need breakfast. She would either bring a lunch or if someone is willing to provide one that would be appreciated. Our biggest issues is affordability. We don't make a whole lot of money. We are looking for quality. I'm praying that God will find us someone that understands our needs and will also be flexible.
